Rocksalt is an early-stage AI startup exploring how brands get discovered and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI engines.
What you'll do
From hypothesis to conclusions.
Design experiments
Design creative, controlled experiments to understand how AI engines discover, rank, and cite content.Build what you need
Build and deploy websites, tools, and scripts to run experiments at scale.Find the patterns
Measure results, analyze patterns, and turn findings into actionable insights.Own it end-to-end
Own experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to execution to conclusions.
Who we're looking for
A builder with a scientist's curiosity.
- A CS, engineering, or related student (ideally 2nd or 3rd year).
- A scientific thinker who enjoys testing hypotheses and figuring out how things work.
- A self-starter who moves quickly, works independently, and can build tools and scripts with minimal guidance.
- Comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies, APIs, hosting, and deployments.
- BonusFamiliarity with SEO, digital marketing, or AI search.
